JPEG and PNG originals are preserved byte for byte, with SHA-256 hashes. Annotations are separate overlays. Screen and PDF images use display copies up to 1,200 pixels with a white background; original downloads and JSON backups retain full detail. Originals may contain location or camera metadata; review that metadata before sharing.

Up to 8 inspections, 50 observations each, 10 reviewed versions per inspection, and 40 photos totaling 18 MB. Each photo: 5 MB, 20 megapixels, 10,000 pixels per side. Backups: 32 MB. HEIC, animated images, and document uploads are not supported.

Assessments, priorities, reviewer names, and dates are user supplied. This tool does not detect defects, certify safety, verify identities, or replace a qualified inspection. Reports cover only the recorded scope. Shared browser profiles share this workspace.

Cloud accounts, collaboration, subscriptions, and one-time purchases are not available in this preview.
